Yes there is a bus up the mountain.
But there is only one way down and that is by paraglider. Bit dear at £60 though.

There is a dolmus that departs from Oludeniz and passes Hisaronu.
It drives up and down as well  :)

I have heard this is a very scary ride particular when you meet a vehicle coming the other way.  I read recently of someone driving up and not wanting to do it again.
