We went with friends in early May - perfect time as not too hot. We return for 2 weeks mid September - hoping sea and pool will be warm enough to swim, and that the adjacent road will finally be tarmaced and the majority of road works around Calis and Koca Calis will be finished! Can't wait!

I presume as I write this you are now safely ensconced in Calis having consumed several Efes and are sporting a nice bit of sunburn.  ;D

I'm not out until September either.

Ouch! That's a proper man thing to do.

My husband has to burn his bald head before he'll wear a hat and have a peeling nose before he'll wear sun cream.

Glad you enjoyed it so much despite the blisters.
