Keith.
Have a look at the "property and turkey" open group on facebook.

I can confirm that page does not belong to Brian James/chambers/ethrington  etc etc..

The Brian James mentality - fancies himself as a bit of a gangster I think

Property & Turkey is our good friend Yusuf's site, like the rental sites he can't help the dregs his website sometimes attracts.

Well actually he can - especially when its pointed out to him who the advertiser is.  Shades of Pontius Pilate...

If he chooses to allow scum like this to advertise - when its well within his capabilities as the site owner to bin them - them surely we must then question his motives as site owner?

They guy is a predator on holidaymakers and a member of this forum allows him to advertise?  Hmmm...  good friend, work it out for yorselves.

Couldn't agree more. I recall saying exactly this to him on CBF but he wouldn't do anything about it

Most people who rent out directly  will supply you with  a booking form/agreement with their personal details on, if not do not book.
If you go through Holiday Lettings or Villa Renters and pay money via their systems you should have some redress through them.
They may not vet but they earn money through the transaction process and you should have your paypal buyers assurance.

Most people are honest and it is just the minority who prefer to extract money via fraud then do a honest day's work.
If you take sensible precautions you will be OK.
I hope no meney was lost & you quickly sort out your holiday & have a fantastic time.

Yusuf - you need to take heed because I too feel the same way. You have been told that there is a lot of evidence to support that this man is a fraudster and bully. You really aren't doing yourself any favours by continuing to deal with this man.

I'm currently looking for a property in Fethiye and I have looked at your site but I wont use it whilst you knowingly continue business with such people. It genuinely brings your own integrity into question.

I'm still telling people to steer clear of him despite his silly hate campaign against me on his many FB pages..... I warn them to stay away from him AND anyone who deals with him OR he deals with simply because as has been said if he's using other website with the owner knowing full well what this piece of cr*p (Brian Chambers or whatever he's calling himself today) is like then IMHO they are not really much better, probably getting a cut!

Yes I saw all the ranting about you Ceni, it's all a little sad really. Same as me, if he knew how to do it he'd be dangerous. He is saying he now has my email address and I can expect a visit - how does that work, from an email address!!! If he uses the email address to email me, I'll send him my home address by return.

Oh, and another hateful and hurtful comment - he sent my photo to several friends in the UK and one commented that I looked like I was in the BNP, and they all found that quite funny.

It's so pathetic it's almost comical. But ultimately it's just tragic :D

I know, I can imagine what he said, he blocked me and I just can't be bothered signing in as someone else to look at it.

I'm still waiting for either his so called brilliant? Turkish and UK lawyers to get in touch, in fact I invited them to, but to date from him it's just all wind, water and wasted air.

I've re-posted my warning about him on my facebook page again.

Over the past ten years or so CBF has done a pretty good job of identifying scammers and fraudsters - not all of them - but certainly those that come to the attention of its members.  CBF has also done a pretty good job of then highlighting these individuals or companies in order to protect its members from falling victim to these low lifes.

By refusing to consider any action against this fraudster, he is not just letting himself down, he is letting other forum members down.
