Hi Ian & Carol,

It was almost a year ago to the day when we took that first step and went for it, as you are doing now.  One year later, my wife is back in Calis picking up our keys and Tapu, and buying furniture.  I can honestly say that there was not a single issue.  Be aware that your Turkish bank will almost certainly charge a percentage (usually) to receive your transferred cash (costing you a couple of hundreds in total).  Apart from that, your only worry is how much to spend on your furnishings and aircon: Usually totals about £2000-£3000 (the lot).

On the main page near the bottom is a section for all Lemon owners.  Now you used to have to email Crabbit to get access (if I remember right) - try emailing Scunner - I am sure he will sort it out for you!

Hi Ian and Carol, My friends from Ireland were the first to purchase on lemon 4 are are really excited, they have purchased a ground floor app. I am sure that you and your family will have a great time at new home in the sun.  I went along to the land of lemon 4 yesterday and the new road is nearly complete so will make a pleasant stroll to the centre of Calis or the Aqua park.
