It's not as daunting as you think Linda (good news about the sale btw)
1.You need a PoA in English which the local notary office, in Fethiye, will definitely accept (I'll send you the very thing as a template, you can change the names/references).
2. Speak to your proposed attorney - Koray I assume, to get his full name etc.
3. Then you need to get it notarised and apostilled and for this you need to find out who your local Notary Public is - there will be a local one to you. Any firm of solicitors near you will know and will give you the contact details free (no honestly!). You need him to transform the completed PoA onto nice paper (

) and send it to the UK Foreign Office for stamping and legitimising.
4. They send that back stamped, to the notary public, and he sends it on to you.
5. When you get it, you need to get it to a sworn translator in Fethiye because it needs to be fully translated into Turkish - the English stamped version is not sufficient alone. Koray can indeed do this for you, and you don't need to be there.
6. Job done.
Best wishes to Carl and yourself from all of us -
