With the dark nights drawing in and marital activity having been and remaining severely curtailed since 1985 I though I would take an interets in the new proposed high speed railway link.

On watching the BBC 10 o'clock news (please note source of information i.e. not the Daily Mail or Mirror) I learned of a Report produced by KMPJ.

In a momemnt of madness I decide to download the Report. Bad mistake.

Now hopefully, I am not a complete muppet, but equally I am no mathematician and/or statician, so I would be grateful of some learned members (perhaps scunner or colwyn) can decipher following formula and advise me on the benefits for Dingwall.
