« on: October 07, 2013, 09:20:30 AM »
Does anyone know if its possible to get soya products here, especially soya milk, not to worried about soya cream as dont use it much, but soya milk is really what i am looking for, i can take the sut in small proportions bU if needed for cereals cant take that amount due to salmonella a few years ago, has left me with problems with dairy products.

Does anyone know if you can get lactose free butter and if so, where? I see that the previous posts were some time ago but I assume  that most places will have the lactose free milk still.

They do have goats milk in the supermarkets, with a picture of a goat on it.  Phil prefers it to cows milk and drinks it at home in Scotland too.
