And did you know that when the matrix signs are showing speed limits, that they are only advisory, not comulsory? i learned that when I sat my advanced motorist test.

That's true, but evidence of the signs being displayed can be used by the police against a motorist accused of careless driving,

Bewva, can you explain the 20mph around schools comment as the signs are permanent on posts near us so apply 24/7 365 days a year! I can't understand why the limit can't just apply between 8-9:30 am and 3-4:30pm on school days!
