Koca Calis will hopefully have it's own poll (if someone sends me a list of restaurants) so those places are not listed in this vote.

Voting from now through winter, closing January 1st. This will allow time for certificates to be made and delivered in time for the new season starting.

I did ask over a week ago for restaurants that didn't appear in the 2012 vote. Strange how everyone waits till they aren't in the 2013 one...
