Yep i confirm the roads are being done, i live very near Lissa Links and at present they have put in all the kerbstones, there is going to be narrow paths and on the corners they have put  rounded planting areas. Think it will look fantastic when its done. Pics are not great but may give you some idea af progress, they are working very quickly now ............thank goodness.

In 2010 we went to pay our council tax and was surprised to hear that we had an extra £230 to find for road tax!!
After explaining, but we do not have a car!! We were advised but this is a one off!! tax for road repairs.
Guess what, still waiting so-called road repairs/re-surfacing or block paving.
Obviously we must be classed as the poor side of Tuzla!!!

Think yourself lucky it was only £230.  We got stung for almost £700 which was more than double the others on our complex.  No amount of arguing got it reduced.  What we did succeed in getting though was our council tax band reduced so hopefully if they charge again for the roadworks it won't be such a hit:(

How about the part done road in Koca Calis leading down from the Angel Bar/Cafe toward The Surf Cafe (by the side of the forrest)? Last time we were there in September, the pavement on both sides had been extended (stopped half way though) and the road surfacing petered out so there were still mountains of dust when any car went by at more than 15 miles an hour.
Quackers, you're my guru on this! Any further progress? (hope you're all well and enjoying pleasant weather).

Quackers, what do you expect when the rains come? Floods? Or action to finish the road (wishful thinking)?
