Road Taxes to Pay for New Underground System for Fethiye

With the incredible rise of traffic in the Fethiye area over the last 10 years, the mayor has decided that he can't keep extending promenades each time he wants to get elected again, and ambitious new plans are in the pipeline for a metro underground system around the bay. Here is the proposal:

I was reading an article some where else and I did wonder how long it would be before I saw a thread that starts :

"Is it true they plan to build a new airport at Fethiye ? "

So maybe a station should be included for that as well ?
