Important information about contacting Animal Aid
« on: January 17, 2014, 09:10:53 AM »
Animal Aid are looking at alternative ways to run our Charity more effectively as the new boundary laws coming soon will increase our area significantly. We have come to the conclusion that one of the ways to do this, and to allow our staff to be much more hands on, is to change our line of communication. Therefore, as of today the AA phone will not be manned. Our main points of contact will now be our Hotmail address and our Facebook page. Our second line of contact will be our website and Calis Beach Forum. So from today our contacts are as follows:In case of emergencies, seriously injured or sick animals please contact the following vets for treatment:
 Kentvet............... 0252 613 7349 or 05333 348 9988 *24 hour Serkans................ 0534 291 9154
 Ankavet................ 0252 613 3323 or 0531 686 1481 *24 hour Mustapha Karagoz ..........0535 629 2080 *24 hour

In an emergency if a street cat or dog has been in an accident or is in serious distress and needs medical treatment Animal Aid will pay the bill. In all other cases please contact us first for advice.

In the case of strays or nuisance street animals please contact the Animal Shelter on 0252 613 5825.

Neutering is by appointment at the Animal Shelter tel: 0252 613 5825.

 Contact details for Animal Aid:

As a long time supporter of AA I personally think this is a bad move, all anyone wants is ONE point of contact, really can't see the point, maybe 1 of the committee members will explain more.
