Think Scunner referring to her "Old Boat" was using cockney rhyming slang...Boat Race...Face!   So, her old boat, means her face.  ;)

Harsh..beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and calling her an old boat..why??

Haha knock it on the 'ed, up the apples and pears & put your dukes up!

I bet she is a fine actress, nice person and all these other things that I at no time said she wasn't. I didn't say she was ugly either. My point may be too subtle for some so I'll try again. Accepting that she is unlikely to win any beauty contests, why pander and grovel to these celebrity types by saying she is beautiful. He could have said talented, great, actress, plenty of other options.

But for the record, to me she fits the description of our very own CBF member Jukebox. She looks like she could eat an apple through a letterbox :D

Beauty based on looks is over rated, dare I say shallow and subjective. I have no idea who she is but I can't say she doesn't look beautiful to me based on that photo above.

The world is full of non entity celebs fawning all over each other and its full too of people joining in, following and talk about their love lives, their break ups and what clothes they are wearing and what TV programme they are participating in blah blah blah. Like it actually matters!!!!

Very true. And the most irritating ones - those who never appear on chat shows then have a new book/film/cosmetic range coming out and come on only to plug it. And we are supposed to be grateful they got this person to come on the show.

The majority of chat shows are fed by the "celebrities" doing the rounds of publicity for their book, new film, TV series etc. If they just had interesting people who had nothing to plug they'd have a very small pool to pick from.
