They've not really got the hang of this recruitment stuff have they, generally you get the application form and then get offered the job - but then again your skills are obviously widely known and very much in demand. When do you start  LOL?

I'm not sure - and I'm not sure which skills they want in particular. I would imagine my sarcasm and inability to suffer fools gladly would be the ones they are after.

I think you should contact them and tell them you might be interested but can they send you a retainer cheque by post, to show their good intentions.

$60,000 ? a man of your obvious life skills and integrity should not even be expected to get out of bed for such a mere pittance !! I have a feeling that these people had someone else's Curriculum Vitae to hand, and not that of yourself !!
