The police are pulling over nearly all vehicles pretty much outside the Ces market at the mom. Not sure what they're checking or whether they are just looking to swell the coffers

Last time they were doing that they were having a purge on people NOT wearing seat belts.

Seat belt's no problem always wear it, but they might be doing something else this time - don't want to risk it LOL.
Real reason is at the moment we walk down to the front rather than go in the car, but I didn't know where Ces market was.
