Just wonder if anyone can tell me how the complex that is being built between seaside and jiva beach resort is coming along remember it had a sign out the front in October time that it would be ready for this summer

Walked by there today, look as though they are well on line for a May finish, gardens laid out swimming pool already tiled. Some of the buildings were having glass fitted into the patio doors.

This may be the new Thomson's  Sensatori A.I.  It's suppose to be open in 2014 according to their website.

The Dephne Residence.the new build on the beach just along from the Dolmus stop, has as promised opened for business in May, had a look around this morning, courtesy of Murat Malli the founder? that's what it says on his card, and it is impressive, one block of apartments fully, booked.
He told me there are special promo prices at the moment booking through lookbookholiday.com. one good thing for the locals its NOT an all inclusive so everyone stands to make a bit of cash.
