Sounds like a good idea, I love Turkish food, but equally enjoy the rice chips and salad meals. Ate a few times at the sardunya and enjoyed it. But if it wasn't for this forum I wouldn't have known it was there.

as written above, Recep and I have gone separate ways business-wise. I have re-taken up my love for painting and also teach Turkish, Recep is buying and selling just about everything (literally everything!) but hopes to open up a small totally Turkish restaurant this year in Çalış, specializing in hot and cold mezes and various homemade breads with a tapas bar feel to it. Fingers crossed. Thank you for asking. x
