Yes, I know.  My son was working in Inverbervie and this place was very handy for for him. However, for anyone wanting to stay in the area it would be a cheap option.
The reason I said it was near Montrose was just a point of reference as most people will not know where Inverbervie is.

Hubby & I do lots of weekend overnight stays, and are often very well impressed at how reasonable some places are. We are going to a hotel  tomorrow to the Isle of Bute (Rothesay) for the grand sum of £86. This includes Dinner, B&B and a cabaret! Lots of bargains at this time of the year. Love it.
