Think there are some from gocek. I know that Portland (i think, May be portaway) do courses around the fethiye area as I have seen them coming in to yacht classic jetty with groups, also because I am nosey I have earwigged at what's been going on and have been quite impressed by the instructors.
This is for RYA yacht based courses. If you wanted dinghy sailing then you are going to have to go further and maybe to a neilson holiday base.
There are also a number of sailing schools that operate yacht courses out of marmaris, again, I have come across a couple of the instructors with students and have generally been impressed by what I have seen.
Hope you get fixed up.

Hi Partygirl. I am one of the instructors with Gocek Sea School (Portway). We do the full range of RYA courses  from our base in Gocek including Competent Crew, Day Skipper and Yachtmaster. Please PM me if you want any further information or want me to phone you to discuss. Pete

They do some training on catamaran (dingy type) at Surf Cafe at Koca Calis I think, but it is informal training rather than RYA accredited.
