vacant land
« on: March 20, 2014, 14:35:20 PM »
Can anyone tell me if the vacant scrub  land between the golden moon hotel [ canal side ]  and the bridge has been built on?.  it was up for sale last summer and if built on it will block the view / sun  of the apartments on the road from brothers bar to the rear of golden moon hotel which friends of ours are renting a top floor apartment in june.
Thanks in advance.
Ron

It's all been cleared Ron the last time I looked, not sure if they have started building on it, I will have a look when I next pass.

I have just had a walk past Ron it was cleared for storing the heavy plant on while doing the canal and storing all the dredged soil from the canal, no sign of any building work.

Thanks for the info     :) our friends are so happy that they will get the sun and part sea view, they were concerned that it would have been built on hence loss of sun & view. they booked this apartment to be near us during our stay as the Oykun had no rooms left for the dates they required :'( :'(
