Hello guys does anyone know if the Daphne residence, the new build at Koca side of the beach will be ready this summer?

Was supposed to be ready for start of May but I'm sure someone who is living out in calis at the minute will be able to update on the progress and maybe even add a few pics

I think the wooden bungalows are at Daphne pension, Daphne residence are the ones being built right by the beach aren't they?

Yes, by the beach and will be finished. Concrete not wood! Apartment complex. On anatoliansky.co.uk website and in their brochure.

We have friends who are looking at this place for August. It looks to be similar to Diana Residence (where we will be staying), would that be about right?

Is all the building work finished?

Would be extremely grateful for some pics.

Just back yesterday, complex looks nearly finished lots of work going on in the gardens' would say another week or two and it should be opened does look really nice
