Fenerbahce signed shirt
« on: April 06, 2014, 12:34:44 PM »
The Murder Mystery event took place on Friday, 4th April.  However, the Fenerbahce signed shirt (by all the team) is still up for grabs.  Although we had reserve bids, it was not possible to get in contact with the people concerned.  Fenerbahce tell me that they rarely give signed shirts out, so it is quite special.  Please contact me if you know of anyone interested.  To date, the event raised in excess of 2600tl for Animal Aid.  Many thanks to all those that attended and also to those who gave generously.

Why not put it into the 3C's Charity Auction in May, this way you will get bids for it.

I don't think it will add up for 3c's to promote something on Behalf of Animal Aid. If they want to it would be greatly appreciated... we would not want to dip into their potential to raise money from their own items...   :)

I would think it would be good if you went halves as the 3C's auction gets lots of publicity and is very popular down on the seafront of Calis Beach.  ;)

Yes that is a fine idea Jacqui - and John's, how about with 3C/AA permission we start the auction on her ASAP and pass it over on Promises Auction day for any further bidding - surely with all the publicity they'd both benefit greatly from a 50/50 split?  :)

Isn't it up to easyfood who he chooses to give the money too and if he indeed wants you to auction it for him on here? I am certain he wants to do this just for AA... That was his original idea...

Fenerbahce tell me that they rarely give signed shirts out, so it is quite special.

I would agree - I asked them in 2013 for a shirt for the 3C's but didn't get a reply. That may well have been down to language difficulties.
