Whats new on the horizon for KC 2014

Not expecting to much change to the area this year then

From other posts on the forum, beach in Calis pretty rough, however beach near Coca Calis much better cared for.

I've been their Scunner ;-)

I know the mayor and his cronies bought up pockets of land around the beach area. Watch this space I guess.

The road near the Mozzy Bar is now finished I hear. Wide enough to land a jumbo on as well  

3 new villas going up just between Sagilk and Cicek. The 4 near the Alperin are almost ready with their roadside pools  

Looking forward to going soon.
