I need a longer electrical lead - see picture below - for a wall hung convector heater, to enable me to move the heater to another room.  The lead has a standard turkish plug at one end and two spade terminals at the other end.  Does anyone have any idea where I might get such a lead (ideally 3 metres in length) in the Fethiye/Calis area?  Location or directions to the shop/dealers that may stock the items would also be very helpful.

Thanks in advance.

I would go to an electrical shop UBT and see if they can make you one. I doubt you will buy one off the shelf.
Another option would be to buy a peice of cable and get a car garage to fit a couple of spade terminals for you,(as they are commonly used on cars)  then put a plug on the other end.

Buy everything you need from a Yapi Market and make up the cable yourself, or alternatively take the existing cable to the Yapi Market near to the Sunday Market and ask them to make one up for you, any length you like.

another option would be to cut the existing cable in half and then connect a new length in between - simples

Locally it is preferred to buy another length of similar cable, cut that one near the end, expose the two internal cables in the original and existing cables, match by colour and using thumb and forefinger, twist the coppery bits together in an intertwining motion. Job's a good un!

That's what I am afraid of.

Thanks Bewva, I wanted to avoid putting something together myself or indeed anyone else for that matter.  I was hoping I could find something like the 'IT kettle lead', but unless i hear otherwise it looks like I will try Arkwrights near the Sunday Market as SteveJ recommends.

We had that in 2004 when two total morons were sent to install Air con for us. Air con unit put on wall, insecure directly above 3 year old child's pillow end of bed. Loose cable running from unit downwards, disappearing behind headboard. On moving bed, the electrical connection as I described, at 1" below base of headboard.

And people were shocked when I refused to pay them.

You could always do what the locals do and cobble 3 or 4 extension leads together.
Seriously, we had an extension cable made up on the back road in Fethiye, plug at one end and socket at the other, heavy duty cable, 40+ foot long, we needed it to reach the car with the hoover from our 2nd floor apartment.
