When you fly into istanbul then transfer to dalaman you have to go back to the other terminal for your luggage ,can you then go into the duty free shop or not .  :)

If your luggage is being unloaded at Istanbul then no. As the Dalaman leg will be a normal internal flight..

However, if both legs of the journey are with the same airline, the chances are you will check it in at the UK airport & collect from Dalaman international terminal. In that instance, you will be able to duty free shop at Dalaman
