Think the last blue bus is closer to midnight and in a more convenient location close to paspatur, in fact next to taxi rank by the roundabout.

Talke to the Dolly driver.
If yo have 5-10 persons and you need a dolly at 2 in the mrning, tell him that everyone will pay 3-5 lira and he will happy to arange it.
