Probably better to get a Turkish friend to ask a dolmus driver, if possible.

It's definitely later than 9.30pm.  We often caught it just before midnight as it turned from the dolphin roundabout

We have seen  the Calis/Fethiye dolmus running well after  9.30pm We have often been returning to Calis from Fethye around midnight and the dolmus has been on the road alongside us.  I think it's probably a seasonal thing, the more tourists around the longer the dolmus will run.

They used to put the time of the last bus on a blackboard next to the Gunlukbasi dolmus area. I think in the height of the season it's around midnight. Maybe 21:30 is the time of the last "big" bus.
