Like Menthol, I don't have a clue what's going on here but here we go.

Cat 1: Can either drive the bus or sit next to the driver please?
Cat2: A ticket for that please?
Cat 3: A 1st class ticket for there please so I can take Mrs Hamets as well.

Cat 1 - you pick a number. That number has been allocated to a team EG Germany England etc. Do you want to pick a number
Cat 2 - I have allocated number 16
Cat 3 - do you want a seat for both you and mrs hamlet

So, if I pick number 1 in Cat 1
Accept 16 in Cat 2
Then buy 1st class in Cat 3

Is that correct?
