Sausage Man

I see Mark, the Sausage man, is still around and I note he is now doing beef burgers.  I remember last time we had some of his sausages they were very good, at that time he only did chicken sausages.   
Has anyone tried his products lately?   It would be good to buy some of the burgers for a BBQ.

Jacqui, I always buy his breakfast sausage meat, when we do sausage rolls for coffee mornings & Christamas Fair, & mix with a bit of sage & onion stuffing. I've been asked quite a few times where we get the "pork" sausage meat. Most are quite suprised to be told that it's pure chicken!
