any fish in this river ?

hi,can anyone tell me if there are any decent sized fish in the river,that I found when I cycled from the prom to about half a mile past the surf café.   thanks brian.

Not sure exactly where you mean. If you were going from Calis Beach then there isn't a river half a mile past the Surf Cafe. If you went in land a little you might have found the canal that runs down from Ciftlik and yes there are fish in there. It's full of them in fact.

hi yes I was heading from the prom towards koca calis,could be upto a mile and and very slightly inland if that's any clearer.    thanks brian.

That sounds like the canal. It does actually flow into the sea beyond Koca Calis Bay (next bay round the big hill). Yes there are plenty of fish in it. The odd snake as well - so be careful
