« on: May 18, 2014, 15:37:14 PM »
Can anyone tell me the best place to get Fake Converse shoesas we have had our orders from the garndchildren to get them some, and what sort of price are they, we will be looking at sizes1, and  4 or5 adults.

I know the markets are not always the cheapest place and have no idea if anywhere elsesells them apart from the markets, which i hate going to unless i am buying fruit and veg.

You can buy the baseball boots in most shoe shops in fethiye for about 30 lira, they also have them on the markets for a bit less if you don't take the first price   :)

The shops in HIsaronu are, IMO always cheaper.  Go in the late morning to late afternoon, everyone is at the beach and the shops are empty.  Do a bit of haggling and the shopkeepers are keen for a deal at this time of the day.
Please don"t buy the fake Uggs though.

Would that be the custom, all star or the sneakers variety Sunlover. I just checked out their web site and there are distinct differences - pretty sure I have seen some varieties in the shoe shops in Fethiye.

If you post a picture I may be able to say if I've seen the ones you're after   :)

We found just the opposite.  Had an order from my son and his wife for some things, checked the price in Calis shops and then went to Hisaronu.   Even the first price quoted was cheaper than Calis and then we haggled and got the price down even more.  We always check out the Calis Shops as it's more convenient, but we have not seen any bargains yet.

Has anyone seen any Converse boots with a Union Jack design/style? We saw some in Benidorm which our daughter loved but they didn't have her size.

They sell the converse shoes (daps) in Calis Market and Fethiye Market, if you are buying more than one pair you can get the price down, I've got 6 granddaughter who wanted them last year, the stall owner was rubbing his hands.  :)

My two sons and eldest's girlfriend have all been checking out the shops this week.

We found by far the best was Calis shops and not Calis market. Calis for shoes, clothes and gifts was a lot cheaper.

The shop approx half way down the main road in Calis, next to the jewellers and a shoe shop, on the right with your back to the sea, has very good quality fakes.

We also appreciated the quality of the clothes in the shop on Calis sea front - she has quite a lot of choice and is medium priced but the quality is good.

We bought fake Vans and Converse from the shoe shop in Calis. They were £10 a pair.
