yellow apts

Hi, does anyone know the name of the yellow and white apts at the far end of BMB, they have 2 pools and a round thatched bar/seating area in the middle ? Any other info would be welcome,  maintenance costs, quality, access e.t.c. Also any info on Covent garden apts . Thanks.

Hello the name of the complex is Mucevher Kent Site.(The yellow & white blds) .As for the other questions i suggest a walk up there and have a look and ask some of the owners that live there all year .As for Covent grds they were being built in 2006 and seemed to use good materials when constructed as I watch them go up.I think there is a few long term residents on there and I know that one of the ladies there speaks English but she is Turkish.Hope it helps
