Today, Sunshine reiterated that all I needed was the travel voucher (without e-ticket), as Div67's post indicated. However, when I checked again with Jewel, they said that the e-tickets which were sent to Sunshine for me on 14th May MUST be presented at Manchester check in, otherwise I could possibly be refused boarding. They also said that, as my contract for the package deal was with Sunshine, they could not email the e-tickets direct to me.
I'm still trying to get Sunshine to speak to Jewel to try to resolve this. Div67's post gives me some hope as our circumstances are identical.
Is it worth using the "remote" web based organisations?? I may have received a good package deal financially but I could do without this hassle!
Never mind, there are many people in the world who are enduring much greater difficulties.
