I paid two visa for friend coming with us from Australia, yet flying from UK.  I input details for their Australian passports, cost two visas 70 us dollars ,  the website is not clear.

Select uk as the Turkish government charge the same amount for a Visa as the passport holders country would charge a Turk for a Visa
