Personally I hope that people will continue to support the little local independent shops as these are what enables many local people to make a living and support their families.

That said for coffee drinkers Kahve Dunya is a pretty cool coffee shop and they make and sell chocolate which is very nice. In some stores they make it on the premises. You usually get a few chocolates with your coffee.

Hi Nichola, I was not able to open the link. Where is the new shopping centre located.

It's just up from Carrefour that is near the Otogar.

I had the same problem earlier with the link and again when I tried it just now so maybe worth trying later.

It doesn't say much just mainly the logos for the "brand" shops that will be located there. I read elsewhere some time ago that international shops didn't want to rent space there because the rent is based on a % of the profits!

Did you notice if there were any pix and mix sweet stalls there in the aisles. I'm hoping that there will be because a shopping mall in Antalya has them and they sell orange and strawberry creams.

If they haven't got any it will save me a wasted trip cos shopping malls aren't really my thing.
