Colwyn you are right, I don't know what it is, but puffy bread seems to thrill people, pop it and the steam burns my hands and it tastes just like thin pitta bread but hot and puffy. Looks nice enough though but wouldn't entice me in. :-\

Sini lokanta is being run by Mehmet's two brothers.  Colwyn - not even sure if brain soup exists but if it does - no can't say I would fancy it in the slightest, but I will stick with the puffy bread !

You obviously haven't ventured into a soup kitchen in the early hours after a skinfull :D Although I must agree - lentil soup for me.
