Glasgow 2014 #Bringiton
« on: July 23, 2014, 09:19:38 AM »
Did my first shift as a clydesider volunteer at the rehearsal for the opening ceremony on Monday, next shift today for the actual opening, remainder of shifts at Ibrox for Rugby Sevens.  Remember to tune in to BBC tonight to see the opening, done in a distinctly Glaswegian accent!!

I've just messaged her - she was visiting our other daughter in Canada when the training days were on so I think she's doing general duties that were yet to be allocated, but I'll find out! Quite exciting now - she enjoyed the big dress rehearsal on Monday!
