Every chemist I go past seems to have a viagra sign outside. What does it do, I,'ve heard jokes n stuff but I am not really sure,beeside the obvious. I mean does it have health implications,is it safe to take,how long does it last..err does it last. Who will be brave enough to say they tried it?

I don't use it but I believe the function is to increase the blood flow to the penis, which helps it to become engorged and thus create an erection. I think it was originally developed as a potential cure for depression but there was an interesting side effect - which may in itself be a cure for depression.
