He was in 974 sokak yesterday as I was walking along.  He was standing outside his car and smiled at me and walked towards me.  I knew immediately who he was and walked very quickly away.  I stood at the end of the street and made a phone call and he was not worried at all.  I also believe this is the same person who approached me several years ago in Fethiye.  I was walking my dog.  He walked alongside me talking and asking if I wanted a house-sitter.  I got rid of him very quickly but he came towards me and tried to kiss me.  Thankfully, when I shouted, my dog barked and went for him and he backed off.  It happened to a friend of mine - also walking her dog.  It was reported to the police but nothing was ever done.  It just makes me wonder why he particular approaches women with dogs.  I would have thought he would have been worried in case the dog bit him.  He speaks perfect English.

Seems like the police should have enough info on this idiot now. Why is it still going on?

It seems to me that the Police are scared to give him a pull   :)
