Hiya does anyone have any idea when the water is coming back on tonight?
Its been off all day and it doesn't normally take this long.

There's been a burst pipe in Oren. The announcements said would be off for 24 hours from midday today, although not everyone lost theirs at midday.
We've still got water, but very little pressure, so goodness knows if we will still have it tomorrow !

Just like the old days...  water on, water off.  Electricity on, Electricity off.  No warning other than you always knew that the electricity would go off about sixish when folks got back from days out and would whack the A/C up full to cool rooms down.  Same thing later on about eleven/twelve in the evening - every bar and restaurant had their plan in place and within a couple of minutes candles and hurricane lamps were all lit and distributed.

We used to have a 25L jerry can that was kept full simply for flushing the toilet.  When I was in Fethiye a few weeks ago the water went off - went to find it and realised it was gone.  Sign of the times that it hadn't been used, or seen, for years.

Same here JohnF, we keep a 10 litre water bottle full in the bathroom for emergency loo flushing.
Torches and candles always handy as well. You can tell the folks who've been here a while LOL.
