Hi

I'm Christine from Worcester We've just bought a villa in Ovacik the most nerve wraking thing I have ever done If you dont believe me come round and look at my fingernails.  Does it get any easier being an owner of property abroad? Ours isnt even built yet god knows what I'll be like when its furnished and we're also hoping to rent it (i'll be convinced its being burgled or trashed all the time)
Anyway I've been reading this website for the last month and its brilliant it was really helpful when we were house hunting and now we've got the property ideas like key cards for the air-con I'd not even thought of Anyway I look forward to joining in the discussions
and getting to know you all

Hi Tasmin

Welcome to the forum. I totally agree going through the buying process is nerve wrecking - our place is now furnished and looking great. There is always a worry as to what is happening while you are not there, we are determined to be relaxed about it.

I just can't wait to get back there - I keep looking at the pictures.

Just enjoy it - you only live once.

Hi Christine, welcome to the forum. We have a property and feel that all the nerve racking is worth it. Hope you enjoy visiting your place as much as we do ours.
