If you are viewing from outside the UK you have to send them your IP address and then they will unblock you.

Strange - I've been using it for 4 years without a problem !!!!

I have been checking that site regularly for the past few months and when I search using browser and Zenmate (set to UK) it's been going on as long as that... I wouldn't know about before then.

Had to use a different browser or my ipad.

The message says something about preventing hacking.

doesn't work here in Wiltshire - If I knew my IP address I'd take Nichola's advice
