Turkish Stars
« on: October 25, 2014, 16:07:04 PM »
Just spent a pleasant afternoon on Calis prom waiting for the Turkish Stars.(Turkeys equivalent to the Red Arrows)
What a great show they put on. The sun even came out for a bit.  :)

You are totally wrong Lance, Turkey is also great at causing parking chaos, I've never seen anything like the road down to the Sat today. Hundreds of vehicles facing in every direction simply abandoned in the middle of the road.

They were very good yes, but having seen only a part of the Red Arrows show by chance earlier this year, I have to say RA formations are are more sensational. Still it was great entertainment and that bit of sunshine helped! 8)

Have to say I got really lucky as heard the planes so went out onto my top balcony (3 storeys high) and had the most fantastic view .It was awesome to watch but having seen the Red aArows many times while in UK I still think the Red Arrows are the best
