I should imagine that Insurance companies would use any excuse /reason to increase the cost of policies John, but nowhere in the list of countries at risk, did I see the U.K. so who knows, although most travel insurance policies are for health, are they not ??  The actual cost of "terrorist attack insurance", would be covered in the cost of the holiday, not travel insurance ??
