Totally agree, you can get a lovely place with a great setting like the Sat and find the food and service bad.  Vojo's, for us, had everything, great good and really good friendly staff plus great entertainment nights and I cannot see were  "tatty" comes in?   So perhaps the people saying this can let us know.  We never thought it looked tatty.

We had some brilliant nights at Vojos last year, and I voted for them so I'm glad they won, it wasn't the premises it was Volkans his staff, service and food was good too,  and prices reasonable, I hope he's up and running when we arrive at the end of June,

To be Honest we have never been into Vojos despite the good reports as it always looked a bit grotty to us,it just didn't look inviting so I can understand some of the comments.Obviously we have missed out on some good times,I hope they get up and running in their new place, wherever that may be and we will give it a try

Maybe VOJO's was a little 'tired' around the edges, as scunner says why do it up for the owner to reap the benefits, as would have been the case, If I could wish something for the whole VOJO team, obviously especially Jo & Volkan is that one day they actually own their own premises, as if they put as much into it as they do customer service they will achieve a top rate business. In the summer my husband & I stayed at Hotel Delta, my daughter more or less last minute decided to have a holiday at the same time as us, Delta was full but she managed to get a room at Vojo's, Hollie was 19 & to be honest we were not overly happy at her being in a hotel by herself, we need not have worried, the staff, right the way down to the cleaner looked out for her, really took her under their wing, made sure they knew she was back safe, ate at breakfast & was generally ok. We ate at Vojo's a few times & thoroughly enjoyed a few nights with entertainment there. BECAUSE of how fabulous they all were we will all go out of our way to visit whatever their new venture is, so Thankyou Vojo's & good luck with the future  :)

We also loved Vojos tended to use it more in the daytime, loved their 10tl breakfast and lunches, always happen to loan us sun bed cushions and also a place I felt more happy to go to on my own and have lunch if I was having a day at the beach...
Hope they manage to find new premises for this season  :)

I thought VoJos was great - and amazing value for money.

Went to the Sat Bar (much hyped) and had a dreadful meal which cost an arm and a leg...

Admitted the the Sat Bar looked smarter but VoJos was a much, much better experience for me.

I hope Volkan and Jo find new premises because they put sooo much effort and energy into making Vojos the success that it was. I dont mind if its at Jimmy's cause I can just walk along the road to enjoy their company. :D
