I'm still waiting for my delivery which, although it doesn't exist according to the tracking number, had got as far as Madrid on 25th Feb..

I've just emailed them and apparently, "someone will reach out to me within 24 hours". It better not be while I'm in bed or they're gonna have some further explaining to do.

What baffles me is, my daughter's box which arrived last week came from carriers in Aberdeen.  I know the driver well.  So, he actually drove passed my road and 5 mile on to deliver my daughter's order!!

Unless he went to Madrid to collect the packages, each individual one could reach him any number of ways and on any number of different days.

I think you'll have to go on what could possibly be a suicide mission, to establish the whereabouts of these botttles. Treat it like Prince Andy does his golfing holidays, and call it a Trade Mission.

There is absolutely no drag with senna pod usage, just tremendous acceleration.

Well wine still not arrived so I phoned GROUPON this morning. They told me it was up to me to email the Spanish supplier and find out what has happened to it. I have just emailed them and the email was kicked back to me as an unknown email  address. Just phoned GROUPON again and they say they will look into it now, but it could take up to 10 days for them to find out. I asked them who refunds me if the wine has gone AWOL and they said it would be them. Ermm so why didn't they take up the case in the first place? Forgive the pun..

I got the same response from Groupon so I pointed-out that I placed the order with them and paid them so my contract is with them. I'm giving it 'til the end of today then I'm cancelling the order and demanding my money back.

On Monday I emailed Monte Regio on gestion7@monteregio.co which didn't bounce but nor did I get a reply. Have now emailed Groupon who promise to "reach out" to me within 24 hours. Reaching out with something drinkable would be good.
