I phoned up Groupon this morning on 0844 385 0033 and had a shouted conversation - not because I was angry but because the line was so bad that both of us had to to shout. The good news is my tracking is now working and picked up my case at 5.23 this morning. My customer service guy said "Yes, I can tell you your order is in transit and currently in ... um, currently in ... where's that? oh ... your order is in Germany. I don't know what it is doing there it has come from Spain ... I'll have to ask my manager". Eventually he came back and said they had started an investigation. I told him I knew several other people who hadn't had cases delivered and he agreed that his colleague had dealt with one earlier in the week. Which is a good thing, apparently. Because if they've sorted it once already it will be quicker to sort it again. Allegedly.
