Chris, I've tried them several times but life's to short to listen to a recorded message telling me that I'm number 20 in the queue. I managed to get straight through to someone this morning who told me that "we are experiencing technical difficulties with our systems please call back later" and then he put the phone down.

Hurrah - I managed to speak to someone at UK Mail. My parcel was moved from Birmingham to Manchester last week. Unfortunately it has now been moved from Manchester to Stafford. Given that Manchester is 30 miles north of where I live and Stafford is 30 miles south of where I live this seems a futile journey, especially as they would have driven within 5 miles of my place at J17 of the M6.

The saga continues - should I start a blog I wonder?

Most of my wine bottles arrived this morning but three of them arrived in kit form as self assembly .......




I can't go through all that again so I'm going to request a full refund from Spain - this should be fun!

Rearrange the glass a couple of times and take more pictures. Then claim that they were all smashed to **ck.

Can't believe they have arrived like that as they were really well packed, in fact I was a lot more impressed with the quality of the packing than the quality of the wine itself. I suppose  "Ya gets what ya pays for"
