Very sad that another member of the original cast bites the dust. Leonard Nimoy WAS Mr. Spock. Although the new version of Mr. Spock is good, the original, so they say, is always best...

He has gone to a galaxy far, far away.  Whoops, wrong series!

Yes, that is likely now- but I still think 83 was far too young for a Vulcan to die.

Of my friend, I can only say this: of all the souls I have encountered in my travels, his was the most...(gulp), human.

He said that he was a heavy smoker and gave it up 30 years ago, but it left it's mark on his body.  He was a big campaigner for young people not to start smoking.
He will never be forgotten, great actor and a nice man.  Love the last tweet he made.
