Last year,s flasher in Calis

Sorry folks I don't have time to do a search...did the flasher in the derelict houses last summer or summe before (can't remember) get caught?
Reason I ask is iv just been down that way looking at the turtles there have been loads and I love seeing them sunbathing, anyway I digress, I saw one lot and walked down a bit further anyway I was suddenly aware of someone coughing/clearing their throat I looked about and there was no one so carried on with my turtle hunt anyway the coughing was getting louder so I looked again and there was a man upstairs in one of the houses and it looked very like to me I could see a hand at sort of belt level, he was wearing jeans and a light blue shirt, anyway I did not stay so hurriedly walked away, I then heard a car approaching and I stsrted walking very fast as there was not another soul about, the car could have been just a coincidence but when I first heard it I looked back and it was coming up from where I had been turtle watching, the car was a light blue don't know whst but not new... It could all have been completely innocent but in case it is not I have to post on here to tell any ladies thst may be dog walking extra around thst area to be vigilant I would feel terrible if it is the flasher and someone was to get attached or whatever...

there were no reports of him or them being caught but it did end suddenly with lots of publicity about, I think their were two seperate people in the area, one in a white car one in a blue and slightly different areas, the guy in the White car frequented the tennis court areas and the guy in the blue car in the old delapidated buildings across the canal from Pelin Hotel

Yes I blooming well would feel terrible KKOB if I did not warn other people in particular the female members on here...
on seeking to some one later who is not a Cbf member said she was cycling down the Pelin road a few weeks back and a man on a scooter pulled up ahead jumped off the scooter and went in the bushes she thought he probably needed a wee but as she got closer he was saying here here so she looked and he was not weeing but was doing whst the flasher was doing last year, so it is hsppening, ladies judt be on your guard, both of these things were around 11 11.30 am broad daylight again...
Thank u Bluwise it could have been innocent but my instinct says it was not...
